Once you arrive at the gym and sign up for our weekly membership we will organise a ONE ON ONE 1 hour long intro class for the martial art style you are interested in. This 1 hour long class will help you feel more confident immediately and show you the fundamentals of Boxing, Muay Thai or BJJ. Our memberships are weekly, there is no long term commitment which allows you to try our academy with no big financial commitment.

Boxing in itself has so many elements that that are unique to its craft, as with nearly all types of sports or martial arts.
