At FITBJJ we specialise in Boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Ju Jitsu (BJJ) and Mixed Martial Arts for kids and adults of all levels of skills and fitness. We found that using Martial Arts, Boxing, Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), people were able to utilize their bodies in a way that led to far better fitness and weight loss results when combined with our specific exercise workout gym techniques. We are a registered USA Boxing Academy and have registered USA Boxing coaches to ensure you get proper boxing coaching. Some of our members focus on just fitness, but we have other members who compete in Mixed Martial Arts competitions, Muay Thai competitions and USA Amateur Boxing matches as well, we will support you in your goals no matter what they are. Besides competitive boxing, we also have students who compete in Muay Thai and Brazilain Jiu Jitsu!
